The International a 2,500m2 site located on the ridgetop of 9 Princess Street overlooking the surrounding cityscape and harbour. Currently home to Fonterra the building will be stripped to its frame, ‘squared off’ to create an enclosed wrap around balconies/gardens on each floor and enveloped in an exoskeleton.
The International is a high-end conversion of an existing office tower into a mixed-use development with ground level retail/ food and beverage and residential units above. The project will consist of 81 one, two and three bedroom units, 9 penthouse units, 125 car parks and various onsite amenities which include a pool, gym, cafe and residents lounge, library, cinema, wine cellar and private dining room, beauty salon and retail space.
