MANAGEMENT OF LOCAL AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS
ECS will work with you to identify any planning and consenting requirements relative to the Local Authority in your Area.
This may include obtaining the necessary resource consents and subsequent building consents relating to the proposed works. Whether your project is permissible under the Local Authority rules, or requires a limited or fully notified process, ECS has the expertise to guide you through this process.
